Workshops, Courses
and Hands on Harp Days
As well as arranging Private Master Classes
and Workshops we also stage a variety of
Workshops, Courses and Hands on Harp Days - catering for
all levels from beginners who have never touched a harp to
music graduates. Often we are also able to stage harp exhibitions.
Some events are attached to Master Classes
with David Watkins and/or
a concert / recital.
Please see our Events
page for details of forthcoming events near you.
Specially for beginners
We
regularly run Hands on
the Harp - Beginners introduction to the Harp Days.
These half day events normally start from about £20
and include a work book to take home. Ideal for complete
beginners or lapsed players who would like to return to
the harp. Harps are normally available for sale and rental – along
with some music and harp sundries.
Courses normally taught
by Helen-Elizabeth Naylor BA Hons (Wales)

| Hello Helen, Thanks for coming over to Coleraine to do
the workshop. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed having a new teacher,
so please come again and do another class. Thank Paul for
taking the photos too. Best wishes and thanks again, hope
the sea journey back was calmer. Hazel |

Dear Helen,
I just want to say a massive THANK YOU for Saturday's
Harp Afternoon. You were brilliant and all your hard work (not
just harp humping but running the ensembles too) was greatly
appreciated. David was, of course, fabulous and my pupils
are hugely inspired by his performance and attitude. Thank
you also for your patience (Saturday has certainly taught
me a lot about putting on harp events!).
Best wishes,
Sarah |
